Salesperson renewals have been mailed - Must be renewed by September 30, 2016.

SALESPERSON LICENSES were mailed on Monday, July 18, 2016, to the licensee's home address on file with the MREC office.

Licensees who had COMPLETED their 12-hours of Continuing Education by June 30, 2016, will receive a postcard renewal notification. This will allow the licensee to renew online. However, if the licensee prefers to submit a paper renewal, one may be requested from the MREC office. Just request a duplicate Request for Duplicate Renewal Application OR send us an e-mail requesting a paper renewal (realestate@pr.mo.gov) and one will be sent.

Licensees who had NOT completed their Continuing Education hours by June 30, 2016, will receive a paper renewal. However, once a licensee has COMPLETED the required CE hours, and the COMPLETED CE course information has been uploaded to the MREC database by the education provider (which could take up to 10 days), the licensee may renew online. The licensee may submit the paper renewal at any time along with copies of the CE Certificates of Completion and the proper fee payment. Continuing Education hours must have been completed between October 1, 2014 and September 30, 2016.

Be advised that if you complete your continuing education between September 21, 2016 and September 30, 2016 - there is NO guarantee that you will be able to renew your license online.

Also paper renewals must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2016 to avoid paying a delinquent penalty for renewing after the deadline.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A MINIMAL ONLINE CONVENIENCE FEE CHARGED (by the card processing vendor) WHEN RENEWING ONLINE.

The expiration date of a salesperson license is September 30, 2016; however, licensees are encouraged to submit their renewals on or before September 15, 2016, in order to allow sufficient processing time to get your renewed license returned to you before the license expiration date.

No salesperson is authorized to conduct real estate business (activity) after September 30, 2016, unless their license has been renewed.
